Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow extra time during high-demand periods like holidays.
Once your order is processed, we’ll send you an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment as it makes its way to you!
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your location. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $65 within the United States. International orders may be eligible for discounts or promotions on shipping, which will be outlined at checkout.
Embroidery Services Shipping
For custom embroidery services, please note that the processing time may vary depending on the complexity and volume of the order. Typically, embroidery services will take 5-14 business days to complete before being shipped. If there are any delays, we’ll notify you promptly.
International Shipping
We are happy to offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees, delivery times, and any applicable customs duties or taxes will vary based on your location and the weight of your order.
Please note that international orders may take longer to process due to customs, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing or handling.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment through our courier partner’s tracking page.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in correcting it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we strive to ensure that all orders are carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner, once your package leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of our delivery partners. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
